Need a behaviour support practitioner?

Positive Behaviour Support for NDIS participants across Bayside and South-East Melbourne. We work with Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, LACs, SIL and accommodation providers, hospital discharge planners and allied health teams.

What you can expect

Clear timeframes from referral to plan.

You deal directly with the practitioner who will complete the assessment and write the plan.

Referral triage within 1 business day

We confirm receipt, check fit and capacity, and tell you the next step within one business day.

Service agreement within 3 business days

Once NDIS plan and funding details are verified, a service agreement is issued within three business days.

Plans within NDIS Commission timeframes

Where regulated restrictive practices are in use, interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans are developed and lodged within the required timeframes.
